THE BRANTSCHEN FAMILY
It was love at first sight when Peter Brantschen
first set eyes on the property in 1994. Shortly after that,
he, his wife Isabelle and their sons Tom and Paco left Switzerland
to begin a brand new life here.
The house, which belonged to the well-known (bone)-healer
Pedro Torres Guasch, was built over 400 years ago and stood
empty for a long time. The Brantschens carefully restored
it, and over the years Peter and Isabelle's work has brought
the soul back to this house, which they achieved thanks to
their respect for traditions and their ecological convictions.
Their criteria are reflected in the tasteful yet practical
solutions that they have found for each part of the house.
It was soon turned into a guesthouse and, since then, they
have been offering great hospitality in harmony with generous
and well-kept surroundings.
