PARADES EN CRESTALL
We have created an ecological vegetable garden
following the method proposed by Gaspar Caballero de Segovia,
of Majorca. The purpose of this is to make the most efficient
use of natural resources in every way, whilst producing a
plentiful crop. We apply what we learn from nature and science,
and we plant our lettuces and vegetables in a clever combination
with aromatic herbs and flowers, so that most unwelcome insects
and parasites prefer to prefer to move on and leave our garden
alone. The resulting crops can be seen in our farm shop.
