rates are per apartment and night, they include linnen, cleaning,
bicycles, I.V.A. (VAT) and 16 hectares of relaxing surroundings
to explore.

less than a week can be accepted with a maximum of 10
days notice.

- Sorry, pets are not permitted.
- We ask you not to smoke in the rooms.
- The rooms are at your disposal from
4 P.M.
onwards and can be occupied until 12 A.M. on the departure
day.
- A reservation is considered definite
after our confirmation, your credit card details and the
prepayment of 30% of the total rent. The remaining amount
should be settled (preferably in cash) at the arrival.
- In case of late cancellation, or
early departure, we reserve the right to compensation.
Every year we donate
7% of our takings to nongovermental organizations.
